Wendy Miller

Wendy Miller is an attorney at Spencer Law and is currently licensed in Florida and New York. Wendy brings passion to her work, working diligently to support her clients and is an integral part of our firm. With a background in corporate law and law firm management, she brings her knowledge of corporate structure, contract law, and regulatory filings to the Spencer Law team.  She is experienced in private and public company business combinations as well as non-profit entity formation and filings.

Prior to joining Spencer Law, Wendy spent more than 13 years in law firm management, including client account management and business development. Most recently, she served as Chief Integration Officer for a large, global AmLaw 50 firm in New York.  During this time, Wendy worked closely with other attorneys and clients to provide excellent service to clients across the world.

A passionate advocate for the disabled, Wendy is also the founder and president of UnStranded Inc., a non-profit organization focused on raising awareness of rare genetic disorders.

Wendy received her law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in Philadelphia, PA. Prior to that, she graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor of science from New York University, where she was also a Founders’ Day award recipient for her academic achievements.
